Brain zap & training combo tested to fight Alzheimer's decline

Summary
This study is testing a device that combines gentle magnetic brain stimulation with memory and thinking exercises. It aims to see if this non-invasive treatment can help slow or improve thinking problems in people with mild Alzheimer's disease. About 158 participants will receive either the real treatment or a placebo version for 6 weeks, with follow-up checks for 6 months.
