This study tested two weight-loss medications, tirzepatide and semaglutide, in 751 adults with obesity or overweight who also had related health problems like high blood pressure. Participants did not have diabetes. The trial lasted about 74 weeks and measured how much weight people lost and how many achieved significant weight loss (10% or more). The goal was to see which drug works better and is safer for long-term weight management.
