NCT ID NCT07190170
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether time-restricted eating (eating only during a set window each day) can help adults who have recently lost weight keep it off and avoid regaining fat. About 110 adults aged 25 to 65 who lost at least 5% of their body weight in the last 3 months will be randomly assigned to either follow a time-restricted eating plan or continue their usual eating pattern for 12 months. Researchers will track changes in weight, body fat, and appetite to see if this approach works better for long-term weight control.
