Summary
This study is testing a personalized version of a weight-loss surgery called SADI-S, which combines stomach reduction with a small intestine bypass. The surgeons will measure each patient's intestine and customize the bypass length to maximize weight loss while lowering the risk of vitamin deficiencies. The study includes 40 adults with obesity, and participants will be followed for at least a year to track weight, health improvements, and side effects.
