Summary

This study tests whether a personalized virtual exercise program, combined with health education, helps breast cancer patients maintain their ability to exercise, heart health, and quality of life during chemotherapy. About 120 adults with stage I-III breast cancer scheduled for chemotherapy will participate. The goal is to see if staying active with a tailored plan can reduce the long-term side effects of treatment.
