Summary

This trial tests whether adding semaglutide to structured lifestyle counseling improves heart and blood vessel health in postmenopausal breast cancer survivors with obesity who are taking an aromatase inhibitor. Participants will receive either semaglutide or a placebo, along with nutrition and physical activity guidance, and researchers will measure changes in arterial stiffness and other markers over 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach can lower the risk of cardiovascular problems in this population.
