Summary

This study looks at whether adding CPAP (a machine that helps you breathe during sleep) to a lifestyle program can lower blood sugar and blood pressure better than lifestyle changes alone. It includes 174 overweight or obese adults with prediabetes and sleep apnea. The goal is to find new ways to prevent diabetes in high-risk people.
