First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at how sleep and the body's internal clock influence blood pressure in people with hypertension. Researchers will monitor 32 adults aged 25-64 to understand why some people's blood pressure doesn't drop enough at night (non-dipping). The goal is to uncover the mechanisms behind this risk factor, not to test a new treatment.
