First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks back at data from 80 veterans and first responders who completed a 12-week wellness program that combined therapy, exercise, and nutrition. Researchers will use wearable rings to track sleep and activity, along with surveys and interviews, to see how the program improved mental health, sleep, and quality of life. The goal is to find patterns that can help design better support programs for those who serve.
