Summary
This study tested a two-part school program designed to improve mental health for LGBTQ high school students. The program combined group sessions where youth could build coping skills with school-wide efforts to create a more supportive environment. Researchers aimed to see if this approach could reduce depression, anxiety, and stress related to bullying and harassment. The trial was conducted across 24 high schools but was terminated before completion.
