Summary

This study tested an experimental drug called SAGE-718 to see if it could improve thinking and memory in people with Parkinson's disease who have mild cognitive impairment. 86 participants took either the drug or a placebo. The main goal was to measure changes in processing speed using a symbol-matching test. The study also tracked any side effects.
