New heart failure drug enters early safety testing

Summary
This early-phase study tests a single dose of LY3971297 in 90 adults with heart failure to see if it is safe and what side effects occur. Participants will have one 4-day hospital stay and five outpatient visits over about two months. The goal is to gather safety information, not to treat the condition.
