Summary
This study tests whether drug-free, adhesive patches can help relieve acute back or shoulder pain and improve sleep. About 150 adults aged 18-64 will wear either an active patch or a sham (fake) patch. Researchers will measure changes in pain severity, movement, and sleep quality using questionnaires and wearable devices.
