Summary
This study looked at teenagers who were born very low birthweight (under 3.3 pounds) to see how their lungs and breathing developed. Researchers measured lung function and asked about breathing problems in 355 teens from the French EPIPAGE study. The goal was to understand the long-term respiratory effects of being born prematurely.
