Pilates from home: a new hope for MS symptoms?

NCT ID NCT07504120

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study will test whether doing Pilates exercises at home via video calls for 16 weeks can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) walk farther and faster, improve balance, reduce fatigue and pain, and boost mood and thinking. About 50 adults with mild to moderate MS who can walk without a cane will be randomly assigned to either start Pilates right away or join a waitlist. The goal is to see if a convenient, remote exercise program can make daily life better for those with MS.
