Summary

This study looks at how acid reflux changes after two types of weight-loss surgery: sleeve gastrectomy and gastric bypass. Researchers will monitor stomach acid levels before and after surgery in 128 obese adults who already have mild to moderate reflux. The goal is to see which surgery leads to less worsening of reflux symptoms.
