Summary

This study aims to find the most accurate cortisol levels to diagnose adrenal insufficiency, a condition where the body doesn't make enough cortisol. Researchers will test 90 healthy volunteers and people already diagnosed with the condition using a new, highly specific cortisol assay. The goal is to improve diagnostic accuracy and avoid missed or incorrect diagnoses.
