NCT ID NCT06955286

First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026

Summary

This study follows 521 patients who had adrenal gland surgery for primary aldosteronism, a condition causing high blood pressure. Researchers want to see how often the remaining adrenal gland fails to make enough hormones after surgery, especially in patients who also have extra cortisol production. The goal is to understand recovery time and identify who might need hormone replacement therapy.
