Summary
This study tested a drug called ramucirumab, given with standard chemotherapy, for children and young adults with a rare cancer called desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT) that had come back or not responded to treatment. The goal was to see if the combination could slow tumor growth. The trial enrolled 30 participants and lasted up to a year or more, depending on how well the tumor responded.
