This study tests a new immunotherapy designed to help the immune system recognize and attack cancer cells in people with high-risk Ewing sarcoma or desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT). The treatment targets a specific genetic change found only in these cancer cells, aiming to spare healthy tissue.
