Summary
This trial is testing a new type of cell therapy called hBRCA84D CAR T cells in children, teenagers, and young adults with certain sarcomas (rhabdomyosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, or desmoplastic small round cell tumour) that have come back or not responded to treatment. The therapy involves taking a patient's own immune cells, engineering them to recognize and attack cancer cells that carry a protein called B7-H3, and giving them back to the patient. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can be successfully manufactured and given to patients.
