Summary
This study aims to understand how often people with psoriasis have hidden heart problems and what puts them at risk. Researchers will follow 1,000 adults with psoriasis, checking their blood for specific markers and performing detailed heart scans. The goal is to find early signs of heart disease to help doctors provide better preventive care in the future.
