Summary
This study tests whether a single dose of psilocybin (25 mg) is safe and tolerable for people struggling with mood, anxiety, trauma, or addiction symptoms that affect daily life. Researchers at Yale will enroll 50 adults and follow them for up to 6 weeks, with optional longer follow-up. The goal is to see if symptoms improve and if the treatment is well-tolerated.
