Summary
This study looked at why some people develop prediabetes and diabetes differently. Researchers tested whether personalized diet recommendations based on each person's unique metabolism could better prevent diabetes. 115 adults with prediabetes or insulin resistance took part. The goal was to find biomarkers that help diagnose the problem earlier and guide more effective, tailored diet advice.
