First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks for brain injury in patients who remain unresponsive after a cardiac arrest. Researchers will use a portable MRI scanner at the bedside to take multiple images over several days. The goal is to understand how brain injury changes over time and to find signs that could help select patients for future treatments. The study involves 60 adults who already need a standard MRI and are receiving temperature control therapy.
