Summary
This study aims to understand how taking many different medications affects the health of older adults living with chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Researchers will follow 2,000 participants aged 65 and older for two years, asking them to complete surveys about their medications and health. The goal is to gather information to create better guidelines for managing multiple medications in the elderly.
