Summary

This Phase 2 trial tests a drug called paridiprubart in hospitalized adults with moderate to severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), a serious lung condition. About 200 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo as a single IV dose. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces deaths within 28 days, with follow-ups up to 90 days.
