Summary
This study follows 150 people with early-stage Parkinson's disease to see how symptoms like walking problems and thinking changes differ between two newly identified types: 'brain-first' and 'body-first.' Researchers will use brain scans, movement tests, and other assessments over five years. The goal is to better understand the disease and help develop more personalized treatments.
