Summary

This study tests whether orlistat, a weight-loss medication, combined with a structured diet and exercise program, can help obese people with gout lower their uric acid levels and reduce gout attacks. 120 participants will receive either orlistat or a placebo for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach improves gout control beyond standard care.
