Summary
This study tested whether a tighter blood pressure target (below 135/85 mmHg) is better than usual care (below 150/100 mmHg) for women who had high blood pressure during pregnancy. 61 women were enrolled and followed for 6 months after giving birth. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and helps lower blood pressure and reduce hospital readmissions.
