Summary
This study tests a clinical decision support tool that reminds doctors to follow CDC guidelines when reducing opioid doses in patients. The goal is to lower the risk of withdrawal, overdose, and poisoning. About 200,000 primary care patients will take part, and researchers will compare outcomes between clinics that use the tool and those that do not.
