Hidden OCD symptoms may complicate addiction recovery

Summary
This study will compare obsessive-compulsive symptoms in 102 adults with substance use disorder to a similar group without it. Participants will complete interviews and questionnaires to measure OCD severity, addiction severity, and quality of life. The goal is to understand how common these symptoms are and how they relate to recovery.
