This study follows 200 children and teens aged 7-17 who are at higher risk for depression, anxiety, or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) due to family history or early symptoms. Over two years, researchers will use interviews, questionnaires, brain scans (EEG and MRI), and biological samples to track who develops these disorders and what factors might predict that.
