Summary
This study looks at how being overweight affects insulin sensitivity and heart-lung fitness in people with type 1 diabetes. Researchers will compare participants with and without diabetes, before and after a 15-week high-intensity interval training program. The goal is to understand the link between obesity, insulin resistance, and fitness levels.
