Summary
This Phase 3 trial will test whether a new drug called zenagamtide helps people with obesity lose more weight than the current treatment semaglutide. About 650 adults will receive weekly injections of either zenagamtide, semaglutide, or a placebo. The main goal is to see how much body weight changes over the study period.
