Summary
This study tests a new medicine for people who are overweight or have obesity. The main goal is to check if the medicine is safe and how the body handles it. About 63 participants will receive either the study drug or a placebo as an injection under the skin. This is an early-stage trial, so the medicine is not yet available from doctors.
