NCT ID NCT06419959

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a prescription wrist device called NightWare in 125 veterans with PTSD who have frequent nightmares. The device monitors sleep and gently vibrates to interrupt nightmares without fully waking the person. Researchers want to see if better sleep from fewer nightmares can also lower the risk of heart disease, which is common in veterans with PTSD.
