Summary
This study looked at 30 adults who had brain surgery for a bleeding stroke and needed blood pressure control in the ICU. Researchers compared two IV drugs, nicardipine and labetalol, to see which one controlled blood pressure and heart rate better during the first 24 hours after surgery. The goal is to help doctors choose the best medicine to prevent complications and improve recovery.
