Summary
This trial tests whether a non-invasive electrical stimulation applied to specific acupoints on the fingers can improve memory, attention, and decision-making in people who have had a stroke. Adults aged 35 to 80 with mild to moderate cognitive impairment after an ischemic stroke will receive either active or sham stimulation for 4 weeks. Cognitive tests and brain scans will measure any changes.
