Summary
This study tests whether a smarter electrical stimulation device can help people recover arm and hand movement after a stroke. Participants with moderate arm weakness will be randomly assigned to receive either standard cyclic stimulation or a new EMG-triggered stimulation that responds to their own muscle signals. Both groups will undergo treatment five times a week for three weeks, with follow-up assessments to measure changes in arm function and daily living skills.
