Summary
This study involves 60 adults with chronic migraine to understand how drug and placebo responses interact during treatment. Participants will receive four different treatment conditions in a random order, and researchers will measure headache intensity, migraine days, and side effects. The goal is to improve how we evaluate preventive migraine treatments.
