Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug called ETX-19477 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can help control the cancer. Researchers are especially interested in enrolling patients whose cancers have a specific genetic change (BRCA2 mutation).
