Summary
This study tests a non-invasive brain training technique called neurofeedback for people with drug-resistant epilepsy. Participants learn to change their own brain activity to reduce seizures. The study compares real neurofeedback to a sham (fake) version to see if it truly works. 22 adults with at least 3 seizures per month will take part.
