Summary

This study aims to learn more about neurodegenerative disorders such as ALS, frontotemporal dementia, and progressive supranuclear palsy. Researchers will screen up to 360 adults aged 18 and older who have been diagnosed with these conditions or carry a related genetic mutation. Participants undergo tests like memory assessments, movement analysis, MRI scans, and optional lumbar puncture to help identify common features and differences among these diseases.
