This study is testing whether a smartwatch can track changes in walking and daily activities in people with bone cancer (osteosarcoma or metastatic bone disease). The goal is to see if the watch can help doctors spot problems early and personalize care. About 60 participants will wear the watch and answer weekly questionnaires for 12 weeks after surgery or radiation.
