Summary
This study is testing a new type of clinic that screens people with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes for several hidden health problems at the same time, including fatty liver disease, sleep apnea, and heart failure. The goal is to see how common these undiagnosed conditions are and whether a single, comprehensive appointment is practical and acceptable. About 400 adults will take part, using questionnaires, simple exams, and home devices.
