Summary

This study tests a behavioral program called Moving Well for people waiting for knee replacement surgery. The goal is to see if it helps reduce anxiety and depression before the operation. About 79 adults aged 50 and older who speak English and have internet access are taking part. Participants work with a coach to improve their mental well-being while they wait for surgery.
