NCT ID NCT06292000
Summary
This study aimed to learn if exercising in the morning or evening is better for improving the body's blood sugar control in adults with prediabetes and obesity. It planned to have participants complete short periods of morning exercise, evening exercise, and no exercise while closely monitoring their metabolism, sleep, and activity. The goal was to gather knowledge to help guide future lifestyle advice, but the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
