This trial tests whether giving blood pressure medication inside a mobile stroke unit—a special ambulance with a CT scanner—can improve outcomes for people having a brain bleed. About 706 adults with high blood pressure and a recent stroke will be randomly assigned to either the mobile unit or standard emergency care.
