Summary

This study tests whether using a mobile health app helps people with type 2 diabetes and obesity lose weight and improve blood sugar control. Thirty adults will use the app for 6 months, weighing themselves daily and checking blood sugar before and after meals. The goal is to see if the app works better than standard weight loss programs.
